How Business Rounds Work

The first step is recruiting buyer companies – medium and large-sized, national and international, depending on the event's characteristics – previously invited and classified according to their profile, purchasing needs, and interest in new suppliers in the domestic market. Meetings between a buying company and a supplier are scheduled in prepared and structured environments with the support of a technical team capable of assisting in all phases of the approach, feasibility study, and consolidation of the purchase and sale of services and products offered.   • Technical Secretariat

    Registration of companies with their contact details and identification of needs;

    Analysis and matching of supply and demand;

    Meeting scheduling;

Business Session

Contatus Events has developed a system that minimizes the frequency with which vendor companies encounter each other at the same table in negotiation rounds, creating dynamism and optimizing the event.

Once the time at each table is completed, all vendor companies will proceed to the next scheduled meeting, according to their pre-assigned schedule. This process will continue until all companies have participated in every table.

In addition to a moderator, the event also has a facilitator who coordinates the session dynamics and, during table change intervals, presents short videos, stories, or metaphors on topics like leadership, motivation, initiative, behavioral changes, teamwork, and challenges – adding value to the business perspective.

The purpose is to create a network among companies in a particular region, encouraging new business opportunities through benchmarking, commercial relationships, partnerships, and future business ventures.
